Shailesh Vara MP visited the premises of the Old Fashioned Pudding Company in Peterborough last Friday, 18th July 2014.

The owners of the business, Nigel and Myrtle Allen, visited Parliament in 2013 for the Cambridgeshire Food and Drink Day. The event was organised by Mr Vara in conjunction with the East of England Agricultural Society to showcase the impressive range of food producers operating in Peterborough and the rest of Cambridgeshire.

Mr Vara said:
“Nigel and Myrtle had an impressive range of foods on display when they exhibited at the Cambridgeshire Food and Drink Day last year. I enjoyed my visit and was pleased to learn more about the business and its expanding range of products.”
