Shailesh Vara MP recently held a coffee morning in Northborough, near Peterborough, where he was also joined by Cllr John Holdich and Cllr Peter Hiller.

Local residents from Northborough and the surrounding villages were invited to the event which gave them an opportunity to discuss various local and national concerns with Mr Vara and Cllrs Holdich and Hiller.

After the coffee morning, Mr Vara commented:

“I was very pleased to visit Northborough and speak with local residents informally over a cup of tea or coffee. Both myself and Cllrs Holdich and Hiller discussed a wide variety of topics with local residents, ranging from personal issues to more general ones. It is always good to hear what people have to say on the topics that matter to them.”
